WHEN I CALL FOR APPOINTMENT:
- The director or one of the therapists will call me back within a timely manner.
- Explain the services LPCC has to offer.
- With respect and the utmost confidentiality, ask me some questions about why I called and what is going on in my life.
- Answer my questions in order to make me feel comfortable.
- Offer to set an appointment with the right counselor in the most convenient location.
