Abi has been a part of the Charleston community for the past five years and is an alumni of Charleston Southern University, where she earned her Master’s in Clinical Counseling. She specializes in helping adults overcome challenges related to childhood trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem. Abi adopts a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating EMDR trauma processing and attachment-based techniques. Her primary goal is to guide clients in developing self-awareness, regulating their nervous systems, and fostering meaningful connections.
